About Solomiya Petrunko
MACP, RP (qualifying)

Solomiya is deeply committed to supporting individuals through their personal growth and healing journeys. With expertise in areas such as anxiety, relationships, depression, grief and trauma, she provides a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges.

 

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto, where she double-majored in Psychology and Health Studies, and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Solomiya is licensed with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and is a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). She is also certified in Gottman Method Couples Therapy - Level 1, enhancing her work with couples to rebuild trust, improve communication, and deepen connection.

Using an integrative framework, Solomiya incorporates evidence-based techniques, tailoring her approach to each client’s unique goals and needs, fostering self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful change. In therapy with Solomiya, you’ll tap into your strengths, explore unhelpful patterns, and develop practical coping strategies.
